Final Regularly Scheduled Blog Post

This is going to be my last regularly scheduled post on this website. Ordinarily, I write an article about once per week. At this point, I will only enter a blog post article, or write a book if I feel inspired to do so.

All of the content on my precision point training website will remain on the internet for a while. I don’t plan on taking the website down at this time, but I don’t plan on adding any information to it unless I feel impressed to do so. The reason for this is that I want to focus my attention on other interests, such as writing about my faith. Also, at this point in my life, I am 60 years old, and have suffered plenty of wear and tear in my body. If am going to write about exercise and resistance training, it will probably be on a different website in which the content will focus more on health, general fitness, rehab, injury prevention, and how to stay lean, fit, and strong all life long, which has become the focus of my personal training. In addition, I still enjoy playing basketball and may focus some of my writing on how to stay fit, healthy, and agile enough to maintain the ability to play recreational basketball as long as possible.

My hope is that the information contained on this website has been beneficial, and will continue to be beneficial to those who take the time to read the content presented.
